When you stop your motion you do 20 air squats. REAL PUSHUPS
#4 SEVEN MINUTES OF HELL
7 minutes to do as many burpees as possible.
Technically a burpee is laying flat to touching something 6 inches above your standing reach.
#5 Cindy's Cousin
As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes.
5 Burpees
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
#6 Death by pull ups
Running clock. You have 1 minute to complete the number of reps you are on. Clock says 5 minutes then you need to complete 6 pull ups before the clock hits 6. Clock hits 7 you need to complete 8 pull ups before the clock hits 8.
Death by anything! Get inventive.
